12 oz Slow Roasted Queen Cut Angus Prime Rib
Served with Burgundy Demi Glace. Sauteed button mushrooms and your choice of french fries or baked potato. $18.95

Alaskan King Crab Legs
One and Half Pounds of Split Steamed King Crab Legs. Served with a baked potato, sour cream, drawn butter and fresh lemons. $24.95 

Char Grilled Center Cut 16 oz New York Strip Steak
Choice Strip Steak grilled to your preference. Served with a baked potato or roasted garlic and chive mashed. Finished with sauteed button mushrooms and Bleu cheese butter. $19.95

Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb
Country dijon mustard and herb crusted lamb, Served with garlic roasted mashed potatoes and minted jus. $24.95

Milford's Hickory BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs
Braised in Sauce Until Tender, Served with Your Choice of Baked Potato or French Fries. Full Rack. $18.95

Rustic Pheasant Cacciatore
All Natural Airline Pheasant Breast, Tomato Concasse', chopped onion, peppers, garlic, capers and basil simmered in espagnole sauce. Served over whipped potatoes. $19.95

Cedar Plank Norwegian Salmon
Served over Sour Cream & Chive Mashed Potatoes. Finished with a Citrus Herb Compound Butter. $18.95

Thank you for all the preparations for our event there on Saturday evening. I have to say that our Board of Directors LOVED your venue and have since requested that we do one of our dinner events there every Board meeting which will be four times per year. Our next event takes place in August, so I will send you that date shortly so we can go ahead and secure it.

Also, I want to commend your staff for impeccable service. The bartender and wait staff were really wonderful and I rec’d a lot of complements on the service that was provided. They were very friendly, attentive, and very service oriented. So, a big thanks for that. When it comes to our Board, we are always sensitive about venues we use but yours was definitely an A+!
